North Little Rock, AR – The SEARK College Sharks Baseball team is gearing up for a big day at the Arkansas Natural State Showcase, hosted at Dickey-Stephens Park on Friday, October 10. This annual event highlights some of the best junior college baseball programs in the region, and the Sharks are ready to make their presence felt on the field.
The action begins early as SEARK takes on UA Rich Mountain in Game 1 at 9:00 AM, followed by a matchup against Arkansas State University–Three Rivers (ASUTR) at 11:30 AM. Both games will provide valuable opportunities for the Sharks to showcase their development and depth heading into the upcoming season.

"We're excited to compete against strong programs and see how our guys respond on a big stage like Dickey-Stephens Park," said Head Coach Ed Corniel. "This showcase is about more than just baseball—it's about building confidence, chemistry, and consistency early in the year."
Assistant Coach Camden Carver added, "Our players have been working hard in practice, and this gives them a great chance to put that effort into action. We're focused on staying sharp, competing hard, and representing SEARK the right way."
